We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Butcher with exceptional camera presence, communication skills, and fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic languages to join our team. As a Senior Butcher, you will be responsible for overseeing the butchery operations, ensuring the highest quality cuts of meat, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in all types of meat, particularly beef varieties such as Wagyu and Angus, along with your knowledge of cuts, trimming techniques, and the art of cutting, will be essential in delivering a superior butchery experience. Additionally, your proficiency in English and Arabic languages will enable you to engage with our diverse customer base through social media platforms and deliver informative and educational content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of butchery tasks including primal and sub-primal cuts, portioning, deboning, and trimming with precision and expertise.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of various meat types, with a particular emphasis on beef, including Wagyu and Angus.
- Utilize your knowledge and expertise to recommend appropriate cuts to customers, taking into consideration their preferences and cooking methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized butchery workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on butchery techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure adequate inventory levels and assist in sourcing high-quality meat products.
- Engage with customers through social media platforms, delivering informative and educational content in both English and Arabic.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally in both English and Arabic, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Participate in virtual workshops, demonstrations, or interviews where bilingual communication skills are essential to reach and engage with a broader audience.
- Stay updated on cultural aspects, traditions, and culinary preferences related to meat within Arabic-speaking communities to provide relevant and accurate information.
- Continuously monitor and analyze engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a butcher, specializing in beef, with extensive knowledge of different cuts and trimming techniques.
- Proficiency in working with various meat types, particularly Wagyu and Angus beef.
- Strong understanding of meat quality, flavor profiles, and proper handling techniques.
- Excellent knife skills and the ability to create visually appealing cuts that showcase the artistry of butchery.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, both verbal and written, to deliver informative and captivating content and engage with a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, with the ability to adapt content to different channels and formats.
- Passion for educating and sharing knowledge about meat-related topics with a wide audience.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
