Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments to identify the specific dietary needs of members.
- Develop personalized nutrition plans and dietary strategies for members based on their medical conditions and personal goals.
- Provide nutrition education and counselling to members to foster healthier eating habits and lifestyles.
- Monitor and document members' progress and adapt nutrition plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and integrate member care.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and training to stay updated with the latest nutritional science research.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a clinical dietitian.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
