- Develop and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.

- Lead emergency preparedness planning and drills, and ensure an adequate response plan for potential crises.
- Ensure the organization’s Environmental Management System (EMS) is in place and meets regulatory and company standards.
- Monitor environmental compliance and oversee sustainability initiatives.
- Liaise with local authorities regarding environmental policies, standards, and incidents.
- Conduct environmental audits and risk assessments.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the QHSE team to drive a positive culture of quality, safety, and environmental care.
- Develop and deliver QHSE training programs to employees and management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for QHSE issues within the company.
- Ensure alignment of QHSE goals and objectives with overall business strategy.
- Prepare and present QHSE performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all QHSE procedures, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality, health, safety, and environmental metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- **Certifications**: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
- **Experience**: 10+ years of experience in QHSE management, preferably within [industry, e.g., oil & gas].
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and ISO standards, excellent leadership and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Experience**:

- QHSE experience in Oil & Gas: 10 years (preferred)
