Doha, Qatar QATAR TEC W.L.L. Full time

▪ Conduct general housekeeping in work areas to ensure and comply with safety rules and regulations.

▪ Communicate existing and potential issues with supervisor.

▪ Provide feedback to supervisor pertaining to issues, improvement ideas or any concern.

▪ Work boundary will include assets within plant, pipe distribution networks, valve chambers and Energy

Transfer Stations.

**HSSEQ**:
▪ To comply with all QC Safety Rules as specified.

▪ To take full responsibility for the safety of yourself, co-workers, and on-site contractors, ensuring full compliance with all QC Safety rules.

▪ Proactively intervening and reporting of all observed unsafe behaviors and conditions.

▪ To undertake all PTW activities in full compliance with the specified requirements of the PTW, JSA’s

and Method Statements.

▪ To undertake all Last-Minute Risk Assessments prior and during all work activities.

▪ Ensure that issued PTW are fully complied with and that no work is undertaken outside of PTW scope.

Using the authority to stop work when PTW requirements are not fully complied with, or unsafe acts and conditions are either observed or reported to them by the working party.

▪ Ensuring that all requirements are fully achieved and checked prior to the handing back of the Asset / Equipment to Production & Distribution and the worksite is in a fully safe and operational ready condition.

▪ Comply with the QCFE requirements in applicable job areas / functions.

▪ Being always open and professional if ever challenged on your own behavior in relation to Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality.

**Maintenance**

▪ Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnostic activities related to mechanical rotating and static equipment and its sub-systems:
▪ Chillers

▪ Pumps

▪ Cooling Tower

▪ Heat Exchanger

▪ Valves, Piping, Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessel

▪ Compressor, Filtration System,

▪ Pressure Relieving Devices, Fire Protection System

▪ Domestic Water, HVAC System

▪ Supervise, guide and monitor work done by external vendors.

▪ Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms as part of daily routine work.

▪ Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables either from internal store or external location.

▪ Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company.

▪ Maintain proper tools, PPE’s, Spares and provide annual requirements.

▪ Respond to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of business continuation and safety concerns.

▪ Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per guideline.

▪ Where applicable, provide assistance and support to other team members, whenever required.

▪ Participate in QC provided training as deemed fit by management.

▪ Perform any other related duty as assigned by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with the provisions of the labor law.

**Shared & Common Machineries, Tools and Equipment**

▪ To perform routine inspection and minor maintenance for Forklifts, Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts / Man lifts, Small Portable Gensets. Where applicable, to provide supervision for 3rd party contractor to perform major or complex maintenance works.

▪ To provide supervision for 3rd party contractor to perform major or complex maintenance works for

Crane maintenance.

**Lean, Multi-Skilled & Shared Resources Program**

▪ Actively participate, become team member, perform and execute tasks as per assignment under the

**Brilliant-at-Basic (BRIBAS) program**. The BRIBAS would cover basic day-to-day tasks but has high

impact to overall plant efficiency to be sustained. It also serves as a platform for multi-skilling and competency building.

▪ These tasks include (but not limited to):
1) Chiller tubes cleaning.

2) Cooling tower basin cleaning.

3) Cooling tower fills cleaning.

4) Side stream filtration cleaning.

5) ETS HEX cleaning.

6) ETS strainers cleaning.

7) Valve chambers servicing.

8) Pipe strainers cleaning.

9) Monsoon drain cleaning.

10) Perimeter manholes cleaning.
