**Responsibilities**:
As a Marketing & Sales Engineer at Winstar, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities to drive the growth and success of our services. You will be responsible for:
**Approaching Utilities and Regulatory Authorities**: Initiating contact with utilities and regulatory authorities.
**Preparing & Submitting Approval Documents**: Ensuring meticulous preparation and timely submission of documents required for obtaining approvals.
**Exhibiting and Presenting Products**: Showcasing and presenting our cutting-edge products at various levels to gain necessary approvals and build strong relationships.
**Extensive Travel**: Being prepared for daily travel to fulfill duties and engage with clients and authorities effectively.
**Generating Enquiries**: Proactively generating new business leads and inquiries from potential clients.
**Acknowledging Client Enquiries**: Promptly acknowledging and responding to inquiries received from clients.
**Quotation Preparation**: Preparing accurate and competitive quotations for clients based on their requirements.
**Submission of Quotations**: Ensuring timely submission of quotations to clients and addressing any queries they may have.
**Follow-ups with Clients**: Conducting proactive follow-ups with clients, both warm and cold, to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
**Maintaining Quotation Records**: Keeping comprehensive records of quotations and regularly updating their status from enquiry to order booking.
**Recording and Handling Client Feedback**: Capturing and maintaining client feedback to continuously improve our services and products.
**Assisting Sales Team in Tender and Bid Preparation**: Supporting the sales team in the preparation of tenders and bids to secure major projects.
**Presenting Sales KPIs to Management**: Preparing and delivering comprehensive reports on sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the management team.
**Participating in Exhibitions**: Actively participating in exhibitions to showcase our offerings and explore potential business opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
**Educational Qualification**:Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
**Sales Experience**: 4+ years with a proven track record in sales engineering, preferably in the Electrical Instrumentation & Product Sales area.
**Age**:Less than 35 years
**Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage clients effectively.
**Self-Motivated**: A self-driven individual who can take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with a passion for working as part of a high-performing team.
**Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with electromechanical services, testing & commissioning, and erection & installation works would be an advantage.
