Key Responsibilities:*
- Account Management:* Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and prioritize collection activities.
- Negotiation:* Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and resolutions that adhere to company policies and client capabilities.
- Documentation:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and interactions with clients.
- Compliance:* Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- Reporting:* Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities, outstanding debts, and recovery rates to the Collections Manager.
- Collaboration:* Work closely with the sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve disputes and facilitate the debt recovery process.
- Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses
- Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate
- Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost
- Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly
- Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary
- Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time
- Prepare for quarterly reporting using standard best practices and assist in monthly closings
- Assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate accounting.
- Speaks Arabic & English.
- has valid Qatari Driving License.
- Strong accounting and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
