Receptionist/call Centre- Female Only

Ensure that all clients are handled in an efficient and professional standard of excellence.
- Greet all guests in a courteous manner according to diva lounge spa standards
- Provide information to guests about the facilities, services, membership and special promotions available
- Contribute to a high level of external and internal customer relations by displaying prompt and courteous service
- Control and account for all transactions processed at reception
- Initiate the taking and distribution of messages if the contacts are unavailable
- Respond to any changes in the spa as indicated by the management
- Ensure client database is up to date wnd health questionnaire avail as per Diva lounge spa standards
- Maintain good working relationships with all spa team and management
- Liaise with the Spa Manager that affect daily operations, complaints or challenges
- Ensure all maintenance issue are reported in a timely manner
- Report any difficulties and/or complaints within the spa manager
- Assist in the review of all administrative policies and procedures relation to the reception
- Any other duties as prescribed by management
- Ensure that all departmental reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately
- Assist with inventory
- In charge of inventory back bar on system only removing items
- Handle the cash, logs, and system logs of customers and their services booked and rendered. Close the daily cash/insert in envelope and sign it and keep in Safe box to be sent every week to HO
- Input therapists weekly /monthly schedules taken from manager including Hair and fitness when and if existing. Monitor schedules are adhered to.
- Ensure that therapist schedules are done fairly and in a systematic way
- Reaching and exceeding the target and upsells
- Personal presentation, attitude and grooming are at all times proper.
- Baladiya complaints related to the receptionist’s duties or those she is in charge of
- Actively seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis.
- Agreeing and implementing actions to make improvements to customer service.
- Positively dealing with and learning from customer complaints and comments.
- Making sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
- Having detailed knowledge of department Standards and operating procedures.
- Develops positive working relationships at all levels.
Carry out other tasks assigned by spa management
