Sales Executive

**Role Overview**: As a Salesman specializing in the construction sector and oil & gas industries in Qatar, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our company's products and services. This includes maintaining quality relations with existing clients, identifying new prospective clients, ensuring the supply of raw materials to construction sites on-time, every time, transportation services, heavy equipment rentals, and related solutions. You will also be responsible for handling inquiries and driving sales within the oil and gas sectors. This role demands expertise in understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and effective sales strategies within both the construction and oil & gas industries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for raw materials supply, transportation services, heavy equipment rentals, and related products in the construction and oil & gas sectors.
- Understand customer needs in both sectors, provide product/service solutions, and address inquiries or concerns promptly
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies, contractors, developers, and oil & gas firms.
- Foster long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in both the construction and oil & gas sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies and the international operations team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the construction and oil & gas sectors.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets in both the construction and oil & gas sectors.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback within the stipulated time frame.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Qatar driving license and willingness to travel within the country as required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience in MS office, Familiarity with CRM is an Advantage
**Experience Preferred**:
- Proven experience or strong knowledge in sales within the construction and/or oil & gas industries, preferably in Qatar.
- Familiarity with raw materials supply, transportation logistics, heavy equipment rentals, and related services.
