**Job Summary**:

- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets for car modifications.
- Educate clients on various modification options, including body kits, performance upgrades, interiors, and aesthetic customizations.
- Recommend products and services tailored to the customer’s preferences, explaining the benefits and value of each modification.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience, securing repeat business and referrals.

**Market and Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques in the car modification industry.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Top Performance Company's offerings, including custom parts, upgrades, and services.
- Provide clients with insights into the best practices and innovative solutions in the car modification field.

**Sales Strategy and Goals**:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that attract car modification enthusiasts.

**Networking and Relationship Building**:

- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, car clubs, and vendors to stay informed about the latest market trends.
- Represent Top Performance Company at events, car shows, and trade fairs to promote brand awareness and establish connections with potential clients.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the car modification or automotive industry.
- Extensive knowledge of car modification products, brands, and services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client needs effectively.
- A passion for cars and car customization, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with high-performance vehicles or modification companies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms to promote products and services.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English)
