**Purpose of the Job -**

The MMA Coach will be responsible for delivering a first class MMA experience to members of the facility and will focus on the delivery of high-level MMA classes, as well as the selling and conduction of individual and small-group Private Coaching. This will involve communicating with facility members (provided by the facility or self-generated), the marketing of MMA classes and Private Coaching services, the delivery of MMA classes and consultation/induction sessions to communicate the value of the Private Coaching service, achieving class attendance and monthly Private Coaching sales targets, and building a client base with high levels of satisfaction and retention.

**Key Results Areas Include -**
- Delivering an exceptional MMA experience to all members, non-members and users of the facility.
- Marketing of MMA classes and Private Coaching services within the facility.
- Finding prospects, contacting/generating leads and making appointments for consultations/inductions.
- Finding prospects, contacting/generating leads and encouraging/promoting MMA classes.
- Presenting and explaining the MMA classes and schedule, as well as the Private Coaching services and offerings.
- Reaching daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Basic sales related administration.
- Deliver superior levels of service.
- Member retention.

**Experience & Competencies -**
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an MMA.
- Experience in at least one of the following MMA disciplines required; Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing.
- Relevant qualifications/gradings in one or more of the above MMA disciplines required.
- Relevant professional/competitive experience of one or more of the above MMA disciplines required.
