- DC Power System Design: Design DC power systems tailored to the specific needs of communication facilities, including power distribution, rectifiers, batteries, and backup systems. Optimize system configurations for reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Equipment Selection and Procurement: Select appropriate DC power equipment and components from vendors based on project requirements, performance criteria, and budget constraints. Evaluate proposals and specifications to ensure compatibility and compliance.
- Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of DC power systems at communication sites, coordinating with contractors, technicians, and internal teams. Ensure adherence to safety standards and industry best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections and audits throughout the rollout process to verify compliance with design specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain project integrity.
- Performance Testing and Optimization: Perform testing and validation of DC power systems to ensure functionality, efficiency, and reliability. Optimize system settings and configurations to achieve desired performance metrics and operational objectives.
- Documentation and Handover: Maintain accurate records of DC power installations, including equipment specifications, wiring diagrams, test reports, and as-built drawings. Prepare documentation packages for handover to operations and maintenance teams.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, site acquisition teams, and facilities management, to integrate DC power requirements into overall project plans. Communicate effectively with external partners and vendors to facilitate project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with DC power rollout activities, such as supply chain disruptions, technical issues, or regulatory compliance. Develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery and operational continuity.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in DC power rollout processes. Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future rollout activities and improve overall performance.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Specialization in power systems or telecommunications engineering is preferred.
- Previous experience in DC power systems design, installation, or project management, particularly in the telecommunications or data center industry.
- Familiarity with DC power equipment and technologies, including rectifiers, batteries, distribution panels, and monitoring systems.
- Strong Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations governing DC power systems.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects within defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance in all aspects of project execution and documentation.
- Ability to move to project sites as needed for inspections, meetings, and overseeing rollout activities.
