**OFFSHORE SCHEDULER**

We are urgently looking for an **OFFSHORE SCHEDULER **who supports the teams by creating, maintaining, and optimizing a fully integrated and detailed program schedule. Schedules are vital for planning, operations execution, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation. This role will be critical to ensure alignment across the teams, especially with regard to the numerous interfaces that will require close monitoring for an optimized program.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Consult directly with package managers and team leads to ensure timely and accurate establishment of a multi-discipline, integrated project schedule. Assist in identifying critical path activities and milestones
- Identify potential schedule delays or clashes and facilitate intervention in a timely manner
- Track and report activity progress and completion percentages
- Monitor status, update schedules and provide progress reports
- Interface with the Asset, Procurement, Finance and Accounting team members as required to ensure alignment on forecasting and inter-department communications
- Develop and maintain an effective schedule updating and management cadence
- Keep stakeholders informed of project deadlines and timelines
- Attend all well assurance process and project meetings to update the team on milestones and to receive updates

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Any Nationality with Bachelor's degree, diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- At least more than 7 years of experience in offshore projects planning/scheduling.
- Highly competent in the field of planning and scheduling industry accepted best practices
- With OFFSHORE and Oil and Gas Industry experience
- Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software, preferably MS Projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point / SAP.
- Residing in Qatar with valid QID and NOC
- Will be able to join immediately
