**Job description**

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant. This includes supervising staff, monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that the restaurant meets health codes and standards. The Restaurant Manager must be knowledgeable about food service and able to motivate their staff to provide excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Create operational policies and procedures and enforce them.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback.
- Develop staff and lead by example.
- Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health codes and regulations.
- Maintain records and prepare reports.
- Monitor and manage costs and budgets.
- Ensure that the restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

**Salary**: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ar-Rayyān: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Manager: 5 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
