We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC Doha, Qatar for a Task Force Leader Job Purpose: Drive and deliver work order material planning improvement Ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity within the assigned team for Continuous Improvements / Lessons Learned via the audit process of achieved works, access solutions, execution methodology processes Your main duties will be to:Drive and deliver work order material planning improvement which consists into monitoring material booking versus planning at all stages as well as driving a task force of 10+ positions to improve preparation timeline, stock availability and material data quality - Ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity within the assigned team for Continuous Improvements / Lessons Learned via the audit process of achieved works, access solutions, execution methodology processes Ideally you will have Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma relevant discipline from a recognized University with minimum of 6+ years direct and relevant experiencepreparation monitoring - Work order QA/QC - Stock Vs Criticality lessons learned/ Update stock setting - QA QC path versus documentation approval bottleneck - Master data cleaning due to expired documentation - Valves lead time, including selection technical evaluation to documentation approval/ QAQC - Associated KPIs and agreed milestones/roadmap Must be technically astute and well versed with Materials ManagementMust have experience as a change management lead on a minimum of 5 projects with tangible records and results within the Oil & Gas and Supply Chain IndustryMust have Audit experience within the Material management from End User to SupplierSkilled and experienced in leading and working with multi-cultural and highly technical specialized teamPreferably holding a change management as well as Agile / Scrum methodology certificationT-BOSIET / BOSIET / FOET for offshore trips when required You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Skilled and experienced in leading and working with multi-cultural and highly technical specialized team
Preferably holding a change management as well as Agile / Scrum methodology certification
T-BOSIET / BOSIET / FOET for offshore trips when required

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
