**About this role**
- Ensure and review project management compliance related to Projects;
- Liaise with heads of delivery teams and key stakeholders to effectively manage various Projects;
- Coordinate with all relevant parties and representatives such as owners and legal authorities to minimise any disruption and ensure the completion of the projects in time and within cost;
- Overarching responsibility for project delivery across all disciplines (including technical, commercial, project controls (programme, planning, HSE, quality risk, systems compliance etc.);
- Ensure projects are moving forward;
- Managing Senior Management Team meetings and strategic workshops;
- Collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders;
- Provide support to managers on project management matters and other areas as required;
- Elevate any issues on behalf of the Authority and collect and update periodic reports forthe projects and submit them to higher management in Company to provide clearinformation on the status and extent of progress of work in the projects;
- Continually seek and capture lessons learned from projects and use this intelligence to improve systems, tools and processes.

**What you need to bring**
- Minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience major infrastructure projects or programmes, preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail-related experience;
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required. In addition, must be knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively used on the project;
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles;
- Demonstrable history in the delivery of large team-led multidisciplinary projects;
- In-depth knowledge of project management procedures;
- Strong communication skills both orally and written to build and maintain excellent working relationships within complex structures, both internally and with various project stakeholders;
- University degree from a recognised University in an appropriate field such as ProjectManagement, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying,Procurement or Construction Management or equivalent;
- Evidence of discipline-specific professional qualification PMP or equivalent.;
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Company/Government processes and procedures;
- Company client-side experience;
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken;
- Driver’s Licence..
- Desirable requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field;
- Arabic language skills;
- Chartered engineer status from a recognised institution;
- Experience working in Qatar and/or the Gulf region.
