3. Organizational Relationship:
3.1 Reports to: Manager, Commercial Department

3.2 Works with: All BWTC’s employees.

4. Job Summary:
The Sales Executive in the commercial department of a water purification company is primarily responsible for driving sales and revenue by promoting and selling the company's water purification products and services, to expand the customer base, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company's growth.

5. Duties and Responsibilities:
5.1 Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and analyze their specific needs.

5.2 Generate high-quality leads from diverse sources to capitalize on new business opportunities in the commercial market.

5.3 Actively prospect and pursue promising business opportunities that align with BWTC’s product offerings.

5.4 Cultivate and expand relationships with consultants and direct customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their specific requirements in order to develop new business for various treatment plants.

5.5 Provide adequate pre-sales product education, and demonstrations to potential customers. Effectively showcase the value of our offerings and demonstrate how our products meet their needs.

5.6 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client contact information to facilitate efficient communication and relationship management.

5.7 Calculate client quotations and negotiate and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.

5.8 Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing their evolving requirements.

5.9 Manage and interpret customer requirements, offering tailored solutions that effectively address their unique needs.

5.10 Drive sales of Water and Waste Water treatment plants, systems, and equipment by effectively showcasing their features and benefits through compelling technical presentations.

5.11 Efficiently manage service calls, oversee C&F operations, and ensure timely collection of payments to optimize operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

5.12 Provide exceptional after-sales support services, promptly addressing any concerns or issues to uphold customer satisfaction.

5.13 Collaborate seamlessly with the project team to ensure seamless implementation of treatment plant projects and deliver exceptional results.

5.14 Prepare regular reports on sales activities, accomplishments, and challenges, providing valuable insights to the Sales Manager.

5.15 Actively participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to support marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.

5.16 Generate awareness among customers about new products, leveraging effective communication strategies and product demonstrations.

5.17 Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and market developments, continuously updating market strategies to drive growth.

5.18 Consistently surpass individual and team sales targets, leveraging a proactive and results-driven approach.

5.19 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

6. Qualification Requirements:
6.1 Proven track record in sales, preferably in the sector of commercial water purification.

6.2 Strong knowledge and understanding of water purification systems or a similar technical product.

6.3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

6.4 Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals.

6.5 Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

6.6 Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

6.7 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

6.8 Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and MS Office Suite.

6.9 A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

6.10 Valid driving license.
