**Job Title: Sales Associate**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking an energetic, stylish, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our fashion retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect outfits, ensuring a memorable shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You will play an essential role in achieving sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing personalized fashion advice.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring return visits and repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries about products, store promotions, sizing, and availability.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales**:

- Drive sales by promoting products and encouraging customers to make purchases.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and store targets.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products, enhancing the customer shopping experience.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about current trends, new arrivals, and promotions within the fashion industry.
- Be knowledgeable about the store's merchandise and how it fits different customer needs.
- Provide styling advice and outfit recommendations based on customer preferences.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in maintaining product displays and store layout according to company guidelines.
- Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor as necessary.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist with inventory counts and restocking of products.
- Keep track of customer requests for items not in stock and inform them when they arrive.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work as part of a team to achieve store goals, contribute ideas, and support coworkers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fashion or a related industry.
- Strong interest and knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and experience with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or retail is a plus.
- Bilingual language skills may be preferred depending on location.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Lift and move merchandise (up to a certain weight depending on the store's needs).
