**Role Purpose**:
The Community Marketing Lead is responsible for creating brand awareness and building brand loyalty through community activations.
The role focuses on building relations with local relevance and creating meaningful long-term relationships with studios and brand ambassadors to reach new guests & diversify lululemon’s community. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
**Operations**:

- Responsible for building relationships with shopping centers and city studios
- Execute community initiatives, events and experiences to grow & engage the grass-root community as a key differentiator to competitors.
- Organize and oversee photoshoots with ambassadors and local athletes in the community.
- Liaise with the store teams and ambassadors/ athletes for product seeding ensuing proper brand representation.
- Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive database of image material for digital purpose.
- Being a brand guardian for any community request ensuring smooth communication and implementation of events.
- Create and maintain an updated calendar of community activities by Tier.

**Financial Standards**:

- Manage the community initiatives related costs ensuring compliance with budget
- Act as a point contact for all store openings initiatives related to community.
- Stay in compliance with brand standards at all times.
- Report the performance and impact of community and marketing initiatives
- Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.

**Customer**:

- Build strong professional relationships with Store Ambassadors & Store teams
- Connect with, and build relationships with mavens and influencers throughout the Community
- Liaise with and leverage relationships with key players in the local athletic communities/ affiliated studios
