Trainer - Housekeeping (with Hotel Background)

**Job Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff, including new hire orientation, ongoing training, and skills development.

2. Conduct training sessions on cleaning techniques, proper use of cleaning equipment, and adherence to hotel cleanliness standards.

3. Evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff and provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills and efficiency.

4. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.

5. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel cleanliness standards.

6. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate new training methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a housekeeping trainer or in a similar role within a hotel.

2. In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and use of cleaning equipment.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate staff.

4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to coordinate training schedules and programs effectively.

5. Certification in hospitality training or related field is a plus.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
