Construction Engineer (Building Vehicle Parking Lots and Floor Care Restoration)

Prepare cost estimates, material quantity take-offs, and construction schedules.

Construction and Restoration Management:Oversee the construction and restoration process, ensuring compliance with design plans, industry standards, and building codes.
Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor progress, address any construction issues or deviations from plans, and implement necessary corrective measures.
Manage quality control processes to ensure that workmanship, materials, and finishes meet specified standards.
