Hiring “**Graphic Designer”** for our reputed Shopping Mall in Qatar.

**Salary Offered: 7000 QAR - 8000 QAR per month (Salary will be based on your interview performance)**

**Vertical: Shopping Mall**

**Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below**:
1. Should possess atleast 3+ year of experience in similar position as Graphic Designer including GCC market exposure. **Having Graphic Designing experience in a Retail or Shopping Mall environment is highly preferred.**

2. **Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID along with NOC.**

3. Must be **proficient in** **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)** and other design software.

4. Should have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and a diverse range of design projects across print and digital mediums. Strong passion to learn and gain expertise in using latest AI powered design tools.

5. Photo & Video editing skills. And Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

6. Ability to conceptualize and visualize ideas effectively. And Familiarity with printing processes, materials, and production techniques.

7. Passion for design innovation and a customer-centric approach to visual storytelling.

8. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.

9. Having the similar experience mentioned as per the Job responsibilties is very essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Conceptualization**: Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas in collaboration with the marketing team to effectively convey the mall's brand message, event communications, and promotional campaigns.
- **Advertisement Design**: Create compelling visuals for print and digital advertisements, including billboards, posters, social media graphics, and digital displays, to drive foot traffic and increase awareness of mall events and promotions.
- **In-Mall Signage**: Design clear and visually appealing signage for directional guidance, promotional displays, and informational purposes, ensuring ease of navigation and a seamless visitor experience throughout the mall.
- **Event Promotion**: Develop promotional materials for special events, seasonal campaigns, and holiday celebrations, incorporating thematic elements and engaging visuals to attract visitors and create memorable experiences.
- **Tenant Support**: Provide design support to mall tenants, as required, for their marketing initiatives, including creating customized graphics and promotional materials to showcase their products and services within the mall environment.
- **Digital Content Creation**: Produce dynamic multimedia content for digital platforms, including website banners, social media posts artworks and video advertisements, to engage online audiences and drive online-to-offline traffic.
- **Branding Consistency**: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards across all design projects, maintaining visual consistency and reinforcing the mall's brand identity across various touchpoints.
- **Environmental Graphics**: Design immersive environmental graphics and installations for key mall areas, such as entrances, atriums, and common areas, to enhance the overall ambiance and create memorable visual experiences for visitors.
- **Print Production Management**: Coordinate with external vendors and print suppliers to oversee the production process, including file preparation, proofing, and quality control, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality printed materials.
- **Creative Innovation**: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and retail marketing, and proactively incorporate innovative ideas and techniques into design strategies.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
