**The role?**

**Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas**
- To deliver courses as required within European Training Centers in line with EnerMech and accrediting body requirements.
- To support customers during course delivery as appropriate
- To obtain positive customer feedback following course completion in line with KPIs set within personal development plan.
- To participate in standardization and continuing professional development events as required
- To provide support to trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate
- To support department growth through technical input to new courses, training standards, customer meetings and the continual improvement of existing courses.

**Certification Responsibilities and Authority**:
The Instructor Assessor is responsible for the following:

- Scheduling of examinations, as applicable.
- Conducting the examination (written, oral, practical) as defined in the certification scheme.
- Carrying out fair assessment and scoring of examinations.
- Ensuring impartiality at all times.
- Reporting potential perceived or actual conflict of interest.

The Instructor Assessor has the following authority:

- Pass/Fail decision on result of examination against defined criteria.

**Essential**:

- Hold a degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Certified by LEEA, LEG and any other part or equivalent.
- For degree holders, shall have a minimum of five years' experience in any engineering field (Preferably LE) of which three years has been spent in inspection and certification of LE after LEEA certification.
- For diploma holders, shall have a minimum of eight (08) years of experience in any engineering field (preferably LE) of which three years has been spent in inspection and certification of LE after LEEA certification.
- Understanding of the quality assurance process within technical learning and development

**Preferred**:

- First Aid at Work national qualification
- Knowledge of the training market and client requirements
- Previous experience in providing technical learning and development courses
- Experience working to accreditation requirements related to technical training in the oil & gas industry
- Previous experience in developing technical skills for personnel.
