**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Administrator to join our team and undertake administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: QAR9,922.00 - QAR10,360.00 per month
