**1. Offshore Driller**
Job Responsibilities
- Verify positions and depth of boring locations before drilling to determine if it is safe to move forward with the process.
- Check gauges, monitor drilling condition and pay close attention to equipment to decide if it needs to be altered or adjusted during drilling.
- Use knowledge of soil or rock conditions to determine which drill is appropriate for each job.
- Stop, start and control machine drilling speed and align as well as position drills to stabilize machines.
- Regulate downward pressure, rotary speed and air pressure, depending on the type of material the drill is moving through, changing procedures and settings for each individual job as needed.
- Bore or drill holes in rock for routing, anchoring, blasting or building foundations, working with other members of the crew to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Follow all protocol and standard operating procedures to guarantee safety and compliance on the job site and keep team members safe from injury.
- Position and assemble casing pipes, augers, machines and other equipment with the appropriate hand and power tools.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Previous 5 years of experience on drilling site with valid certifications
2. **OIM- **Offshore Installation Manager
- IWCF Well control - Level 4 (Supervisor)
- OIM certificate with Panama OIM license
Qualifications & **Secondary School Level Education Or recognized Experience/TrainingCertifications Certificate**

- Extensive offshore experience at a supervisor level - Preferably 10 years offshore experience including at least 5 years in a supervisory/ management position
Experience
- Stand-in OIM experience where the individual has undertaken the role for short periods of time
- Good time management skills with ability to plan and prioritize
- Adaptable, flexible and open to ever-changing work environment
- High level of verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to access and work at heights up to 60 metres
- The OIM are required to work on day shifts but be available at night.
- Be at a level of fitness so can carry out various duties including use of SCBA, walk throughout multi-level areas of tender and DES and lifeboat operator

Competencies **The incumbent is expected to be mobile to cover similar roles within the fleet**
- Meet the training requirements as per company's training matrix

The Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) is responsible for the day-to-day management, operation & maintenance of the offshore installation and in charge of the health, safety and welfare of persons on or about the installation in line with the efficient execution of the operational program.
Main
Responsibilities The OIM shall ensure that all contractual obligations are satisfied as the company representative. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, guidelines, industry standards, company policies and procedures applicable to the area of operation. Update Rig Manager on frequent intervals on operation and any changes.

Functions **Ensures implementation of the Company Safety Management System, that is, compliance with legislation, company policies, standards and procedures, monitoring compliance by all other personnel.**

- Oversee all drilling and well maintenance activities, including the management of the integrated services contractors and support personnel, to ensure that all operations meet contractual quality and performance criteria.
- Provide advice and guidance to Tourpushers and Drillers on all operational matters as may be required.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all problem events, including accidents/incidents.
- Examine, review all the requisitions generated by various departments are complete and sufficiently detailed to allow them to be processed without additional onshore input. Authorize requisitions at the appropriate level and oversee management of the warehouse inventory levels so as to ensure compliance of targets.
