**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and maintain office files, documents, and real estate contracts.
- Prepare and proofread real estate contracts, agreements, and other documents.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings.
- Manage schedules for real estate agents and ensure timely follow-up.
- **Client & Customer Service**:

- Greet clients and visitors, making them feel welcome and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, buyers, sellers, and vendors.
- Process and track transactions, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- **Marketing & Social Media**:

- Assist in creating marketing materials for property listings, such as flyers and online ads.
- Help manage social media accounts to promote listings and services.
- Assist in staging and photographing properties for sale, when needed.
- **Database & CRM Management**:

- Update and maintain client and property databases.
- Assist in managing and tracking leads and client interactions using CRM software.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee office inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services.
- Handle mail, package deliveries, and office-related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous administrative or office experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Knowledge of real estate practices, terminology, and legal requirements is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss) is a plus.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Real estate license or certification (optional but beneficial).

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard office hours.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on client needs or events.

**Compensation**:
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and performance bonuses.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
