**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and study complex systems requirements to enhance functionality.
- Prepare design documentation, technical documents, test cases, user manuals, and handover documents.
- Write and maintain technical documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Support customer-witnessed testing to ensure that software meets required standards and expectations.
- Attend customer calls related to support activities and assist with troubleshooting.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on daily activities and project status.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Computer Science or related field.
- **3+ years of experience** as a Software Developer.
- Strong knowledge and experience in **.NET Framework**, **Angular JS**, **MVC**, **JavaScript**, **.NET Core**.
- Proficient in working with **SQL databases**.
- Knowledge of **native mobile app development** for **iOS**, **Android**, and **Windows CE**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software issues.
- Ability to prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of **customer support activities** and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
