**Job Summary**:
Responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. This includes digital platforms such as websites, social media, and online advertisements, as well as print materials like brochures, packaging, and advertisements. You will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and maintain the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels. Your role involves conceptualizing ideas, producing mockups, and finalizing designs using industry-standard design software.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Design graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials.

2. Assist in developing and maintaining the company's visual brand, including logos, color schemes, and typography.

3. Generate ideas and concepts for visual projects, translating them into effective designs.

4. Work closely with the marketing, product, and other departments to create cohesive and effective visual communications.

5. Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

6. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools to create and refine graphics.

7. Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure designs are modern and relevant.

8. Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into designs.

9. Create initial design drafts and prototypes for review and approval.

10. Ensure that all final designs meet the company’s or client’s standards for quality and brand consistency.

11. Performs other duties assigned.

**Qualification, Experience & Knowledge**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual composition.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Experience in web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with video editing software.
- Experience in creating motion graphics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
