Stem Trainer

The employeewill use his/her knowledge, skills, willingness to learn, and passion for working with youth under the **Excellency Program**. The employee will work under the supervision of the Project Lead in charge.

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Participate in training provided by the Project lead effectively.
- Deliver training virtually or on-site.
- Develop content and prepare the needed program materials.
- Mentor participating students throughout the duration of the program and the development of their projects.
- Facilitate weekly follow-up sessions for participating students.
- Submit weekly reports.
- Attend feedback meetings.

**Required skill**
- Technical 3D designing skills (Ex. Solidworks or onshape )
- Arduino and electical circuits.
- Understanding of the engineering design process

**Payment and timing**

The employee will be paid by the number of sessions attended by the end of each month by way of a direct deposit of **95 QR /Session (1.5 hr) **into his/her bank account.

The employee will decide the number of sessions he can handle per week with minimum of 4 sessions per week (2 Participants/ 6 hours)

the expected time of the sessions is going to be between 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm based on the selected time slot of the participant

Contract length: 2 months

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
