La première impression fait toute la différence. Lorsque les clients arrivent à nos hôtels, nous souhaitons que la première impression qu’ils ont soit mémorable. Il en va de même pour leur départ. Lors du départ des clients, nous voulons qu’ils partent le sourire aux lèvres et avec le sentiment que nous avons pris soin d’eux tout au long de leur séjour. Nous souhaitons créer une expérience mémorable et unique du début à la fin. Nos experts à l’accueil des clients prennent l’initiative d’offrir une vaste gamme de services qui leur permettent de guider les clients lors de leur arrivée et de leur départ. Ils sont capables d’accomplir les tâches nécessaires et de se déplacer dans leur environnement. Qu’ils effectuent des tâches opérationnelles, répondent aux demandes des clients, produisent des rapports ou partagent les points d’intérêt de la région, l’expert à l’accueil des clients fait en sorte que toutes les transactions font partie intégrante de l’expérience.

Peu importe le poste que vous occupez, certains aspects sont essentiels à notre succès : créer un lieu de travail sûr, respecter les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise, respecter la confidentialité, protéger les actifs de l’entreprise, respecter les normes de qualité, faire preuve de professionnalisme en ce qui a trait à votre uniforme, votre apparence et votre manière de communiquer. Les experts à l’accueil des clients seront debout et se déplaceront (être debout, être assis ou se déplacer pendant une période prolongée) et adopteront une approche pratique à leur travail (déplacer, soulever, transporter, pousser et tirer des objets pesant au plus 23 kg sans aide et des objets pesant plus de 34 kg avec de l’aide. Bien s’acquitter de ces tâches (et d’autres tâches normales demandées) est essentiel pour les experts à l’accueil des clients afin que nous offrions un excellent service à nos clients et contribuions positivement aux affaires de l’entreprise en tout temps.
