Our prestigious client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join their team in Qatar. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages to improve their ability to perform daily activities and achieve greater independence. You will assess clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, develop customized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers will be essential to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial abilities.

2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based practice.

3. Provide direct occupational therapy services to clients, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.

4. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

5. Educate clients, families, and caregivers about injury prevention, therapeutic techniques, and strategies for improving functional independence.

6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, share information, and ensure continuity of services.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports.

8. Stay informed about advancements in occupational therapy research, techniques, and technology, and incorporate new knowledge into practice.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid license or registration as an Occupational Therapist in Qatar (or eligibility for licensure).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating individuals across the lifespan with a variety of diagnoses and conditions.
- Proficiency in conducting standardized assessments and developing client-centered treatment plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and respect cultural diversity.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Commitment to professional growth, continuing education, and evidence-based practice. Preferred Qualifications:

- Specialized training or certification in a specific area of occupational therapy practice (e.g., pediatric therapy, hand therapy, neurorehabilitation).
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and older adults.
- Familiarity with assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.
- Knowledge of Qatar's healthcare system, policies, and regulations related to occupational therapy practice.
