About Your Job:
Oracle ERP Techno Functional Lead role having experience in implementing, customizing and supporting Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Financials modules.

As Oracle ERP Techno Functional Lead, your responsibilities include:
- Design and develop solutions for critical business processes in Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Financials.- Lead user requirements gathering and analysis. Drive user discussions and conduct workshops to facilitate information gathering.- Analyze business process issues and inefficiencies, perform feasibility study to ascertain area of automation and provide sound business solutions based on Oracle ERP capabilities.- System design and technical development of business requirements according to the agreed user specifications.- Conduct testing on developed functionality to ensure compliance to user specifications and internal quality assurance requirements.- Lead in user training & user acceptance testing.- Provide periodic reports to reporting manager on project progress and assigned tasks.- Ensure timely resolution of reported issues in accordance to SLA.

Qualifications

About you:- Experience in projects through the full life cycle & proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.- Experience in implementation, customization and Application support activities on Oracle ERP SCM and Financial modules.- Strong Functional experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, Inventory, MSCA, iProcurement, General Ledger (GL), Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), Cash Management and Fixed Assets (FA).- Strong Technical expertise in PLSQL, Workflows, Interfaces, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Form, Reports and UNIX Shell scripting.-
- Experience in implementation of approval process by using Application Management Suite (AME).-
- Oracle Cloud skill set and experience in Oracle Integrated Cloud (OIC) components would be an added advantage.- Airline working experience would be an added advantage.- Good analytical, organizational, problem solving. communication and presentation skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.
