Ironmongery Estimator

**Position Title: Ironmongery Estimator**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Specification and Proposal**:

- Interpret and specify ANSI and EN-compliant door hardware from project specifications.
- Propose ironmongery solutions for each door based on its location, function, and project standards.
- Support the estimation process for door hardware and access control systems by analyzing technical and functional requirements.
- **Cost Estimation and Quotation Preparation**:

- Prepare accurate quotations for the estimated costs of projects, including materials and labor.
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to provide comprehensive cost breakdowns.
- **Project Analysis and Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed reports outlining all costs and requirements for projects.
- Maintain thorough records of estimations, proposals, and project details for reference and auditing purposes.
- **Collaboration and Compliance**:

- Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to align solutions with project goals and standards.
- Ensure all proposed hardware solutions meet relevant safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- **Basic Requirements**:

- Must be able to join immediately.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of ANSI and EN door hardware standards.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in estimation tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Certification in Estimation or relevant training in door hardware systems is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ironmongery estimation or related roles.
- Proven experience in specifying and estimating door hardware solutions for large-scale projects.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
