Real Estate Listing Officer

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Listing Officer who is passionate about making the home selling experience great for our customers and clients.
Responsible for conducting property assessments, gathering information, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining accurate records. The Listing Officer acts as a liaison between clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient listing procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Property Assessment**:
- Conduct thorough property assessments to determine market value, condition, and potential selling/rental points.
- Gather property information, including specifications, features, and amenities.
- Capture high-quality photographs, videos, and other media assets for effective marketing.
2. **Listing Coordination**:
- Create and maintain accurate and compelling property listings across various platforms, including websites, and social media.
- Write detailed property descriptions highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Ensure accuracy of listing information, including pricing, availability, and property details.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and permissions for listing.
3. **Marketing and Promotion**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize exposure and attract potential buyers/renters.
- Prepare visually appealing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and virtual tours.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online presence and utilize digital marketing channels effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
**4.** **Client Relationship Management**:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the listing process.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing concerns.
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate with potential buyers/renters.
- Keep clients informed about market conditions, offers, and feedback from prospective buyers/renters.
- **5. Record Keeping and Documentation**:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of listed properties, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Generate reports on listing activities, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in property listings and disclosures.
**Requirement**:
- Proven experience in Real Estate Listing.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation and market techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately document and maintain records.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
