1. Assists the team in conducting daily office work and submitting reports, mintaining employee database, receiving and reveiving Invoices.

2. Maintains database by entering new and updated information

3. Receive, retrieve, and process softcopy and hardcopy information

4. Provide the department with necessary information as required up on approval from line manager.

5. Provide administrative and clerical support to administrative personnel

6. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

7. Maintain files and records with effective fliling system

Qualification: Diploma in business administration

Minimum 3 years expereince in a relevant role, preferable in Healthcare industry.

Working expereince in ERP preferred
