**Job Overview**:
Negotiate, Develops and Implements Project procurement strategies for MRO Category and activities to mitigate risk, which are in alignment with Project objectives i.e., budget, schedule, quality, cost, etc. while providing support and direction to Project procurement personnel around the globe in the development and execution of the master project supplier list, invitation to bids to selected suppliers.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Lead or assist the execution of MRO Category Sourcing
- Implement commercial agreements and associated work processes for products and services as delegated by the Sourcing Manager.
- Identify Value Recovery opportunities for MRO spending and define/implement associated projects.
- Maintain knowledge of suppliers and relevant market intelligence developments
- Utilize available Sourcing tools to the fullest capability, to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Purchasing process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, and effectively manage quality service / product performance issues with suppliers.

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- 5-8 years of experience of procurement of materials within the Energy and Oil and Gas Industry
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain Management or Engineering
- Extensive functional, business, industry and leadership expertise.
- Strong functional knowledge of ORACLE, including the ability to generate Excel spreadsheets with supporting analysis
