**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Leadership**:

- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain efficient and effective operational systems and procedures.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to optimize efficiency and meet business demands.
- **Customer Service**:

- Set and maintain high standards for customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor and manage budgetary goals, including cost control measures and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Analyze financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, and take corrective actions as needed.
- **Menu Development and Pricing**:

- Collaborate with chefs to develop and update menus, considering market trends and customer preferences.
- Set pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure the consistent quality of food, service, and ambiance.
- Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to maintain high standards.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Plan and execute promotional events, collaborating with the marketing team as needed.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as necessary.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to achieve overall restaurant goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and financial management.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:
