The Entertainer - Harpist is responsible for entertaining hotel guests with captivating performances on the harp. This role requires exceptional musical talent, creativity, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests. The Entertainer - Harpist will work closely with the hotel's management and staff to create a harmonious ambiance and enhance the overall guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform classical and contemporary pieces on the harp, captivating hotel guests with the beauty of music.
- Collaborate with the hotel and event planners to create customized performances that reflect the hotel's brand image and cater to guest preferences.
- Adapt to different types of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings, ensuring that the music aligns with the occasion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure while performing, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and enjoy the performance.
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests, including any special requests for songs or performance styles.
- Maintain the harp and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, continuously expanding repertoire and exploring new musical styles.
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel, providing excellent customer service and representing the hotel's values in a positive manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a harpist, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and versatility in playing various genres.
- Strong understanding of music theory and technique.
- Excellent stage presence and ability to entertain and engage audiences of all ages.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to different performance environments and collaborate with other musicians or performers.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid harpist license or certification may be required.
