4. **Equipment Management**: Coordinating the allocation and maintenance of construction equipment, vessels, and tools required for marine construction projects. This involves scheduling equipment rentals, conducting inspections, and arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.

5. **Logistics Coordination**: Organizing logístical aspects of marine construction projects, such as transportation of personnel and equipment to and from work sites, procurement of materials, and coordination of support services.
