MPH is currently recruiting a Commissioning Mechanical Lead contract duration till February 2025
Location: Doha Onshore/Offshore & Korea
- ACTIVITIES - PREPARATION PHASE
- Coordinate with other project entities / disciplines /existing facilities.
- Ensure that the Mechanical pre-commissioning and commissioning tools are available and well maintain
- Ensure ICAPS population
- ACTIVITIES - EXECUTION PHASE
- Follow the contractor's Mechanical commissioning activities using the OPERCOM® Methodology and ICAPS© (Integrated Commissioning And Progress System) software.
- Follow the execution of Mechanical commissioning activities.
- Reporting of commissioning execution.
- Report punch list and execution sheets
- Follow-up on red line mark-up drawings.
- Follow-up on CONTRACTOR commissioning scope of work activities such as: SAT, OTPs, documents update, Closing of Punch list, reporting)
- Follow-up on VENDORS commissioning scope of work activities such as: SAT, OTPs, documents update, Closing of Punch list, reporting)
- CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
- Batch#3 Project involves the development of 3 new offshore platforms (2 NWHP + 1 CPP) and Brownfield upgrade. Central Processing Platform is bridge linked to the existing facilities on G-Complex. All these activities could be executed across different international sites. This Project will require complex interfaces with other entities.
- Onshore and Offshore phases
- Brownfield and Greenfield environment designed on a different basis, minimum coherence to ensure smooth future operations
- EPCIC execution shall take place at Contractor premises, FAT premises. A rotation scheme might be implemented during Onshore Commissioning Peak period (6-7 months prior to load-out) as well as offshore phase.
- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- HND in Science or equivalent in engineering,
- Experience: At least 10 years' experience in the onshore and offshore oil & gas industry with minimum 3 years' experience in Supervisor Commissioning role,
- good communication skills,
- Experienced with NOC Standards (Total General Specifications), OPERCOM and ICAPS, MANASA/PRODOM and relevant codes and standards,
- Language: Fluent English,
- Computer literate,
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
- H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
