**管理日常运营**
- 监督和管理员工。管理所有日常运营。充分了解员工的职位，以便在员工缺勤时履行职责。
- 维护餐厅、酒吧/酒廊和客房服务区的服务和卫生标准。
- 审核人员编制，确保宾客服务、运营需求和财务目标均得以满足。
**领导餐饮团队**
- 利用人际关系和沟通技巧来引导、影响和鼓励他人；倡导健全的财务/业务决策；表现出诚实/正直；以身作则。
- 鼓励和建立团队成员之间的相互信任、尊重和合作。

- 在客人用餐期间或离店时，与客人进行非正式会面，以获得有关餐饮质量、服务水平和总体满意度的反馈。
- 确保采取纠正措施，不断改善服务成效。
- 将客人满意度作为部门会议的组成部分，并专注于持续改进。
- 管理网点的服务交付，确保从进店到离店期间的优质服务（例如，待客师的问候、订单处理和餐饮交付的速度、特殊要求的履行、收款和邀请再次光临）。
**管理和开展**人力资源活动**
- 为下属提供指导和指示，包括设定绩效标准和监督绩效。
- 识别他人的教育需求，开发正式的教育或培训项目或课程，并教导或指导他人。
