As we continue this journey we require an IT Supervisor to provide active on site support and ensure that standard operating procedures are compliant.

Working with Group IT Director you will determine the appropriate IT solutions that best meet the requirements of the business - including: hardware, software, and consulting services.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Assessing software environment and consulting on specifications for successful installation of various software products
- Participating in the ordering of materials and supplies as required.
- Assistsing during project development, implementation and execution
- Responsible for the resolution of technical problems/issues of all users
- Ensuring that latest anti virus software are installed
- Assisting users
- Training of end users on IT systems
- Preparing, testing, and maintaining a disaster recovery plan for IT systems.
- Making backups of data in servers on a regular basis.
- Restoring and copying files on the servers and on workstations
- Resolving network, software, hardware and user-related issues
- Monitoring server and network performance for optimal operation

**What you'll need**:

- The technical know-how in order to advise peers and direct reports
- To demonstrate an understanding of the broader IT field, beyond their specific discipline, and can appreciate the Memac Ogilvy positio
- To demonstrate a basic understanding of desk based IT operating systems, Windows ,Apple and PC hardware to assist users on level 1 and 2 calls i.e.:

- The ability to support and troubleshoot issues with Ogilvy's standard Phone devices
- The understanding of IT costs in relation to software and hardware deployments to users
