Garage Foreman

**Full job description - Garage Foreman - Logistic Division**

Supervises automotive mechanic staff. Provides automotive mechanic support and maintains vehicles
- Supervises and coordinates automotive mechanic to maintains all Equipment & Vehicles in the Garage.
- Hires, trains, and evaluates staff. Determines appropriate work procedures, prepares and assigns work schedules.
- Coordinates project activities with internal contacts, outside contractors, and vendors.
- Evaluates completed work to ensure that it conforms to proper procedures and to quality and safety standards.
- Completes list of work done, hours worked, materials used, and maintains daily time sheets; Completes service order forms and records work performed, duration, and materials used.
- Prepares and reports time and production records as input to budgeting process.
- Conducts inspections and performs routine and preventative maintenance on Company vehicles and equipment including automotive, diesel, hydraulic, electrical.
- Knowledge of a broad range of automotive mechanic practices, techniques, tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of processes to make repairs to vehicle systems in multiple makes and models.
- Skills in installation, repair, or restoration automotive vehicles and components.
- Ability to successfully lead a team of associates.
- Ability to communicate with individuals in an articulate, professional manner.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive mechanics required.
- Possess a Qatar valid driver's license.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed; this position is on-call (continuously or rotationally) to provide support required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
