**Job Title**: PCS7 Engineer

**Number of Openings**: 01

**Location**: Qatar

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Duration**: One year (extendable)

**Working Days**: 6 days per week (Saturday to Thursday)

**Working Hours**: 10 hours per day (excluding travel time and lunch break)

**Salary**:QAR 11,000 to QAR 12,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **PCS7 System Expertise**: Extensive hands-on experience with PCS7 V9.0 and above.
- **Software Proficiency**: Strong working knowledge of TIA Portal, WinCC, and Simatic Batch.
- **Communication Protocols**: Expertise in Profibus, Profinet, and Modbus (RTU & TCP/IP).
- **PLC Experience**: Skilled in working with S7-400, S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500, etc.
- **Troubleshooting**: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems.
- **Scripting**: Proven experience in developing scripts for automation tasks.
- **Customer Management**: Proficient in handling customer interactions and delivering on customer requirements.
- **Design and Engineering**: Expertise in design, engineering, internal testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), commissioning, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- **Documentation**: Experience in creating Functional Design Specifications (FDS), cabinet drawings, testing procedures, heat load calculations, O&M manuals, etc.
- **Training**: Capable of providing training to customers on PCS7 and related systems.
- **Team Leadership**: Ability to manage and mentor a team of junior engineers.
- **Problem-Solving**: Skilled in finding solutions to complex engineering problems.
- **Laptop Requirement**: Must have their own laptop for work purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in PCS7 engineering.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- **Technical Skills**: In-depth knowledge of Siemens PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, Simatic Batch, and communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, and Modbus.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- **Problem-Solving**: High level of proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex automation environments.
