- Develop bespoke contact center solutions that align precisely with client requirements, drawing upon a blend of innovative technology, specialized services, and industry best practices.
- Create comprehensive solution architectures, workflows, and technical specifications that seamlessly integrate with existing client infrastructure and address specific pain points.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to evaluate feasibility, identify integration opportunities, and ensure alignment with company capabilities and offerings.

**Product Demonstrations, Presentations, and RFP Responses**:

- Deliver captivating product demonstrations and presentations that effectively highlight the features, capabilities, and tangible benefits of the company's contact center solutions.
- Tailor demonstrations to address unique client needs and use cases, emphasizing relevant functionality and competitive differentiation.
- Prepare meticulous responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements, solution designs, and company capabilities.

**Proposal Development and Solution Pricing**:

- Collaborate closely with sales teams to craft detailed proposals, articulate comprehensive statements of work (SOWs), and provide accurate pricing estimates for contact center solutions.
- Ensure that proposals are meticulously aligned with client requirements, solution designs, and company pricing strategies, thereby instilling confidence and trust in potential clients.
- Engage proactively with finance and legal teams to review contracts, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients throughout the presales process, cultivating robust relationships and fostering enduring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients to deliver regular updates, address concerns, and provide additional support or insights as needed.
- Collaborate seamlessly with account managers and post-sales teams to facilitate a smooth transition from the presales phase to implementation and deployment.

**Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Thought Leadership**:

- Stay abreast of emerging trends, evolving market dynamics, and the competitive landscape within the contact center and customer experience industry.
- Conduct rigorous competitive analysis to gain insights into competitor strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation strategies.
- Utilize market intelligence to inform solution positioning, refine messaging strategies, and shape sales tactics, while also providing valuable feedback to product management teams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Native Arabic Speaker is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in a presales, solution consulting, or technical sales role within the contact center or customer experience industry.
