**Primary purpose of job**
Produce a resource levelled integrated Maintenance Schedule incorporating both Preventative and Corrective Maintenance

Tasks, making the most efficient use of available resources (Campaign Maintenance Teams, Workshops and Services) and

minimising interruptions to Plant operations. Co-ordinate schedule levelling in collaboration with Maintenance Engineers.

1. Maximise use of available maintenance resources by producing a levelled, integrated maintenance schedule for each

Campaign “Plant area” in consideration of resource availability and plant operational constraints.

2. Schedule Preventative (PM) and Corrective (CM) activities to utilise the agreed percentage of the available resource to

achieve the agreed ratio between Preventative and Corrective work (PM/CM ratio), and in line with the WO prioritisation for

the PM and Corrective work (C/D/E).

3. Participate in daily COPT meeting to identify “schedule breakers” that may impact Campaign schedule execution.

4. Liaise with Safety Dept to provide approval for any Lifting plans associated with Planned or Corrective WOs prior to final

schedule freeze.

5. Confirm availability of resources identified on maintenance plans e.g., Scaffolding, Lifting required to execute WOs prior

to schedule freeze. Submit ROs for services identified on PM Work Orders in collaboration with Planners and Operations

Support Engineers.

6. Support Maintenance Engineers in the high level 12-month advanced review of the PM schedule to achieve levelling of

the maintenance schedule.

7. Conduct further Schedule reviews 90 days and again 28 days in advance of Campaign period to optimise resource

utilisation, identify Schedule interferences and emergent “C” priority Corrective WOs that require execution within Schedule
window.

8. Review content of Preventative work orders prior to Scheduling for accuracy and clarity including Scope of work,

assigned hours, adequate resources, JHA, and PTW to identify shortfalls in content that would prevent efficient execution of

the Work Order. Collaborate with Maintenance Engineers to update identified PM plans accordingly.

9. Report agreed Maintenance KPIs for Leadership review and implement actions accordingly.

**Experience & Skills**
10 years of experience in oil/gas industry out of which at least 5 years in maintenance planning/scheduling.

Computer literate in both MS Office suite and SAP CMMS, particularly PM module and Prometheus scheduling tool.

Good command of English language, both written and spoken.

**Education**
BSc (Hons) degree in an Engineering related discipline.
