**Descripción del Trabajo**

Abrir las puertas y asistir a los huéspedes y visitantes que ingresan y se retiran del hotel. Controlar y dirigir el tráfico de vehículos de uso personal y comercial en el hotel incluidos los vehículos de los huéspedes, los taxis, las limusinas y los autobuses para garantizar que se encuentren legalmente estacionados y mantener un flujo de tráfico fluido y eficiente. Suministrar indicaciones e información a los huéspedes acerca de las comodidades del hotel, los servicios, los horarios de servicio y las áreas locales de interés. Vigilar y mantener la seguridad, protección y limpieza de las áreas y níveles de estacionamiento e informar al gerente o supervisor cualquier riesgo para los vehículos o la seguridad o posibles problemas de seguridad. Mantener la seguridad de los vehículos y sus llaves. Comunicar a los huéspedes y visitantes los procedimientos para el uso del estacionamiento.

Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía, informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras, realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada, proteger los bienes de la compañía. Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía; anticiparse a sus necesidades de servicio y atenderlas; agradecerles con aprecio genuino; asistir a las personas con discapacidades. Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional; atender los teléfonos utilizando el protocolo adecuado. Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás; apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes. Acatar las expectativas y los estándares de garantía de la calidad. Estar de pie, tomar asiento o caminar durante un período prolongado de tiempo o durante toda la jornada de trabajo. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 10 libras o menos. Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.
