1. *Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- *Employee Onboarding and Offboarding*: Ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization and managing the exit process for departing employees.
- Register*: Maintain daily records of on-site attendance. & IT assets
- *Monitoring*: Regularly check attendance, address issues promptly.
- *Compensatory Leaves*: Establish policies, track balances, approve requests.
- *Travel Tracking*: Require authorization, document expenses, process reimbursements.
- *Reimbursements*: Ensure timely processing of reimbursements for Mobile plans & other needs.
- *Employee Relations*: Handling employee grievances, disputes, and ensuring a positive work environment by co-ordinating with respective HR Managers in the head office
- *Training and Development*: Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and facilitating employee development.
- *Compliance with labour laws & regulations *: Ensuring compliance with labor laws with keeping all paperwork up to date
- *Employee Engagement*: Developing initiatives to foster a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction and retention by looking into all the employee needs and co-ordination with respective team members in the head office & management
2. *Administrative Responsibilities*:
- *Facilities Management*: Overseeing office facilities, including maintenance, security, and utilities.
- *Office Administration*: Managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- *Travel Arrangements*: Coordinating travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- *Event Planning*: Organizing company events, meetings, conferences, and other gatherings.
- *Records Management*: Maintaining and organizing company records, files, and documents.
- *Vendor Management*: Liaising with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
3. *Coordinator Responsibilities*:
- *Project Coordination*: Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within the organization.
- *Schedule Coordination*: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- *Team Coordination*: Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
- *Logistics Coordination*: Managing logistics for events, meetings, and other activities, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.
- *Documentation and Reporting*: Maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, and tracking progress against goals.
- *Support Roles*: Providing administrative support to various departments or teams as needed
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
