Lead Archivist

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Lead Archivist **to join our team.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Identifies, collects, arranges, and preserves data and documents related to Client Projects.
- Analyzes documents and classifies them in accordance with related functions and importance; establishes and maintains effective indexing procedures.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates a plan of archival management and services in consultation with Client.
- Prepares log report for title deed registration status.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with mínimal guidance.
- Oversees the entire project, ensuring that all activities are aligned with project goals and liaising with the Client.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and typically 7+ years of relevant experience
- Relevant working knowledge.
- Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high level or accuracy
