**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Expansion**: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and increase the market share of FMEG products.
- **Client Acquisition & Retention**: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- **Sales Planning**: Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- **Product Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional strategies for FMEG products.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Provide regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and insights to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales within the **FMEG sector** or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical goods markets, including appliances, lighting, and related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
