Chief Cook

We are currently seeking a Chief Cook (C/C) to join our team on board the SK Dynamik, an Offshore - PSV vessel. The vessel is flagged in Tuvalu and the joining port is in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals for the crew in accordance with dietary requirements and food safety standards
- Plan and manage the provision of food supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areas
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working in the galley
- Assist with the loading and unloading of food supplies during port calls
- Coordinate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations in the galley

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Cook on board offshore vessels
- Valid STCW certification and seafarer's medical certificate
- Proficient in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and ability to cater to various dietary needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Good communication skills in English
